摘    要:目的:建立以气相色谱法同时测定蒸气吸入剂中樟脑、薄荷脑含量的方法。方法:采用玻璃填充柱(涂覆10%PEG-20mol/L),柱温为120℃,进样口温度为160℃,检测器温度为250℃,载气为高纯度氮气,流速为50ml/min。结果:樟脑、薄荷脑检测浓度分别在0.016~0.176mg/ml(r=0.9998)、0.04~0.44mg/ml(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.27%(RSD=0.79%)、100.18%(RSD=1.11%)。结论:本方法快速、准确、分离度好、灵敏度高,可同时测定蒸气吸入剂中樟脑、薄荷脑的含量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish a GC method for simultaneously content determination of camphor and mentholum in steam inhalant.METHODS:The glass packed column coated with10%PEG-20mol/L was used,the column temperature was set at120℃,the injection site temperature was160℃,the detector temperature was250℃,the carrier gas was nitrogen of high purity,the flow rate was50ml/min.RESULTS:The detected concentrations of camphor and mentholum showed a good linear correlation in the ranges of0.016~0.176mg/ml(r=0.9998)and0.04~0.44mg/ml(r=0.9999)respectively,the average recoveries were100.27%(RSD=0.79%)and100.18%(RSD=1.11%)respectively.CONCLUSION:The present method is convenient,accurate and sensitive,good resolution which can be used in simultaneously quantitative determination of camphor and mentholum in steam inhalant.
