临床路径在自发性气胸患者中的应用及临床评价

目的通过对自发性气胸患者临床路径实施情况的分析,评价临床路径应用于临床的实际效果。方法随机选择30例自发性气胸患者,为临床路径管理组,实施临床路径,选择30例自发性气胸患者为对照组,比较两组住院时间、住院费用、满意度等指标。结果两组患者的住院时间、住院费用和患者满意度比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论临床路径为患者提供了优质服务,可以明显缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用,提高患者的满意度。

Application and Clinical Evaluation of Clinical Pathway in Patients with Spontaneous Pneumothorax

Objective To evaluate the actual effect of clinical pathway in patients with spontaneous pneumothorax（SP）.Methods 60 patients with SP were randomly divided into two groups（n=30 each）.The patients in the experimental group were cared according to the clinical pathway,and patients in the control group received routine therapy and nursing interventions.The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Results The average days and costs of hospitalization in the experimental group were obviously shorter and less than those in the control group respectively.The implementation of clinical pathway could improve the patient satisfaction,and there was a statistical difference（P0.01）.Conclusion Application of clinical pathway in patients with SP can effectively decrease the hospitalization costs and days.Clinical pathway is a scientific and efficient medical quality management pattern.
