护理干预对维持性血液透析患者干体质量的影响

目的研究维持性血液透析(MHD)患者干体质量受到的护理干预对影响,使透析(HD)患者了解干体质量对于自身疾病的重要性。方法将在我院就诊的血液透析患者用随机数字表法分组,偶数患者组成治疗组,奇数患者组成对照组。对照组进行常规护理,治疗组还要进行护理干预。结果经过为期6个月的护理干预后,发现治疗组患者超滤量、透析间期体质量增长与干体质量的比值(IWGR%)、透析并发症发生率较对照组明显变低。有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗期间,对患者进行护理干预,可有效的控制患者体质量透析间期的增长幅度,从而提高透析质量。

Nursing Intervention on Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis in the Dry Weight of Influence

Objective Study of maintenance hemodialysis （MHD） patients by nursing intervention on dry weight of influence, make dialysis （ HD ） patients understand the importance of disease for their dry weight. Methods In my hospital in hemodialysis patients using a random number table grouping, even patients in treatment group, the odd patients comprised the control group. The control group routine care, treatment group and nursing intervention. Results After 6 months of nursing intervention for the patients in the treatment group, found ultrafiltration volume, interdialytic weight growth and dry weight ratio （IWGR%）, dialysis complication rate was significantly lower. There are significant （P〈0.05）. Conclnsion During the treatment of patients, nursing intervention, can effectively control the body weight of patients of interdialytic increase, thereby improving the quality of dialysis.
