抗核抗体检测对乙型肝炎预后判断及发展和转归的意义

目的:探讨乙型肝炎患者血清中抗核抗体(ANA)检测的意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对430份血液标本进行ANA检测,其中乙型肝炎组219例、乙肝后肝硬化组60例、乙肝后原发性肝癌21例及对照组130例。结果:对照组ANA阳性3例(2.30%)、乙型肝炎组ANA阳性24例(10.95%)、肝硬化组ANA阳性13例(21.67%)、原发性肝癌组ANA阳性6例(28.57%),各组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01);肝硬化组、原发性肝癌组与乙型肝炎组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。肝硬化组及肝癌组的酶标板吸光度(A)值较对照组及乙型肝炎组高。结论:ANA的检测对乙型肝炎的预后判断、发展和转归有一定意义。

Significance of ANA Detection for Patients with Hepatitis B used ELISA Method

Objective To investigate the significance of the antinuclear antibody(ANA) detection in blood serum of patients with hepatitis B. Methods The ANA on the blood samples of 430 cases was detected by ELISA method, among patient group219 cases were hepatitis B, 60 cases were hepatocirrhosis, 21 cases were primary cancer of Liver induced from hepatitis B and control group of 130 cases were health person. Results There were 3 cases showing positive ANA (2.30%) in control group, 24 cases (10.95%) in hepatitis B group, 13 cases (21.67%) in hepatocirrhosis group and 6 cases in primary cancer of liver group(28.57%). Comparing with the control group, the differences were significant (P<0.01). Comparing the hepatocirrhosis group with hepatitis B group and the primary cancer of liver group with hepatitis B group, all the differences were significant (P<0.05). The A values in hepatocirrhosis group and primary cancer of liver group were higher than those in control group and hepatitis B group. Conclusion The ANA detection is significant for prognosis judgment, development and transfer result of hepatitis B.
