青稞多糖对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨青稞多糖(GBB)对小鼠辐射损伤的防护作用。方法50只小鼠随机分为5组,包括对照组,模型组,GBB低、中、高剂量组(200、400、800mg·kg^-1)灌胃给药;模型组和对照组灌服相应量的生理氯化钠溶液。给药1次/d,持续10d后行γ射线照射1次,每只2Gy。20h后流式细胞仪检测脾细胞周期率和CD4^+与CD8^+T细胞的比例。并检测脾细胞对刀豆蛋白A和脂多糖的增殖反应,用鸡红细胞致溶血素抗体生成的方法进行溶血素生成试验。结果照射组小鼠免疫指标明显低于正常,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。而400、800mg·kg^-1GBB能够显著提高辐射损伤小鼠的免疫功能。结论GBB对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Aim To explore tentatively the radiation-protective effect of β-Glucan from Hulless Barley(GBB) on mice injured by radiation.Methods Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,including a normal group,a model group and 3 GBB treatment groups.The GBB groups were pretreated with 200,400,and 800mg · kg^-1 GBB respectively for 10d before the whole body was irradiated with 2 Gy γ-rays.Twenty hours later,the percentage of cell cycle and Humoral-mediated immunity and CD4+ and CD8+ T-lymphocytes was tested by flow cytometer.The proliferation response of spleenocytes to ConA and LPS,and hemolysin antibody formation induced by chick erythrocyte were examined.Results The related immune index of the model group was obviously lower than that of the normal group ( P〈0.05).GBB (400 and 800mg · kg^-1 ) significantly improved immune functions in irradiated mice.Conclusion GBB can enhance the immune function of mice.
