甲状腺乳头状癌nm23和bcl-2表达的临床意义

目的：研究甲状腺乳头状癌组织（papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC）nm23和bcl-2基因的表达与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系。方法：应用免疫组化SP法检测157例PTC组织和30例甲状腺腺瘤中nm23和bcl-2基因的表达。结果：nm23在PTC组中表达阳性率高于在甲状腺腺瘤组（P〈0.05）;PTC中有颈淋巴结转移组中nm23的表达阳性率低于无淋巴结转移组（P〈0.01）;而且随着PTC病理分级的递增,nm23的表达阳性率呈递减趋势（P〈0.01）。bcl-2在PTC中表达阳性率高于甲状腺腺瘤组（P〈0.01）;颈淋巴结转移组中bcl-2的表达阳性率高于无淋巴结转移组（P〈0.05）;随着PTC病理分级的递增bcl-2的表达阳性率呈递增趋势（P〈0.01）。结论：nm23和bcl-2基因的表达与PTC的侵袭转移密切相关,甲状腺乳头状癌转移与bcl-2呈正相关,与nm23表达呈负相关。

The clinical significance of expressions of nm23 and bcl-2 in papillary thyroid carcinoma

Objective： To study the correlations of the expressions of nm23 and bcl-2 genes with the invasion and metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma（PTC）. Methods：The expressions of nm23 and bel-2 were detected by immunohistochemieal SP method in the thyroid tissues from 157 papillary thyroid carcinoma and 30 thyroid adenoma. Results：The positive rate of nm23 expression in PTC group was higher than in thyroid adenoma group（P 〈0.05 ） ;the positive rate of nm23 expression with neck lymph node metastasis was lower than in the group without neck lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.01 ） ;with the increase of PTC tumor pathological grade, the positive rate of ran23 expression was decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The positive rate of bcl-2 expression in PTC group was higher than in thyroid adenoma group（P 〈0, 01 ） ;the positive rate of hcl-2 expression with neck lymph node metastasis was higher than in the group without neck lymph node metastasis（P 〈0.05 ） ;with the increase of PTC tumor pathological grade, the positive rate of bcl-2 expression was increased（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions ：The expressions of nti23 and bcl-2 gene are closely ton＇elated with the invasion and metastasis in PTC and the papillary thyroid eareinoma＇s metastasis is positively con＇elated with bel-2 expression and negatively con：elated with nm23 expression.
