| 摘 要： | 目的：总结肾上腺神经纤维瘤的诊治经验。方法：回顾性分析4例肾上腺神经纤维瘤患者的临床资料。结果：B超，CT及MRI术前均未明确诊断为肾上腺神经纤维瘤；均行开放手术治疗，随访2个月－6年无复发；4例均经病理检查证实肾上腺神经纤维瘤。结论：对于肾上腺神经纤维瘤，术前确诊较为困难，外科手术是其主要治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose:To sum up the experience of diagnosis and treatment of adrenal neurofibroma.Methods:Clinical data of 4 cases of adrenal neurofibroma were analyzed retrospectively and reviewed with related literatures.Results:4 cases were treated by open operation and diagnosis was confirmed by pathological examinations. All of them were followed up for several years.Conclusions:It is difficult to make a definitive preoperative diagnosis in adrenal neurofibroma. Surgery is the mainstay of treatment for patients. |
