抗生育剂量雷公藤对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞TNF-α生成的影响

观察两组不同低剂量雷公藤糖浆对雄性小鼠生殖功能和腹腔巨噬细胞TNF-α生成能力的影响,以合笼试验为指标观察到两组剂量雷公藤糖浆均有抗雄性生育作用,同时观察到对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞TNF-α生成能力无明显影响(P>0.05)。上述结果提示雷公藤在有效抗生育作用剂量下对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞TNF-α生成能力无明显影响。

The Influence of Tripterygium Wilfordii on Reproductive Function and TNF--α Production of Peritoneal Macrophage in Adult Male Mice.

The influence of Triptergium Wilfordii--syrup (TWs) on reproductive function and TNF-α produc-tion of peritoneal macrophage in adult mice were in-vestigated in this paper. TWs group Ⅰ (high dose),TWs group Ⅱ (low dose ), and normal controlgroup. Each mouse was administered orally withTWs respectively for eight weeks. The influence ofTWs on reproductive function of adult male micewas investigated by means of copulation test. Theresult indicated that two dosage of TWs could makemale mice infertile. Also the influence if TWs on thelevel of TNF-α produced by mouse peritonealmacrophage were detected by means of bioassay.The result showed that there was no significant dif-ference in the level of TNF-α like substance in thesupernatant of cultured peritoneal macrophage,stimulated by LPS,between the TWs treated groupand the control group (P>0. 05). The result indi-cated that there was no significant effect on the pro-duction of TNF--α like substance by murine peri-toneal macrophage at an anti ferti1ity osage of TWs.
