益气活血化痰汤为主治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效观察

目的观察益气活血化痰汤治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。方法将60例带状疱疹后神经痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，各30例；对照组口服盐酸曲马多片，治疗组15服曲马多片和益气活血化痰汤，疗程4周。结果治疗组愈显率为93．3％，对照组为60．0％（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组VAS评分均有明显降低（P〈0．01），且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论益气活血化痰汤治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效确切。

Clinical observation of "Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction" in treating postherpetic neuralgia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction＂ in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Sixty cases of postherpetic neuralgia were randomized into two groups ： control group in which 30 cases were treated with tramadol hydrochloride, and treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with tramadol hydrochloridc and ＂Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction＂, with a course of four weeks. Results The cure and marked effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, higher than 60.0% in the control group（ P 〈0.05） ; after treatment, the VAS scores were evidently reduced in both groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）, with more signiieant reduction in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction＂ has positive effeets on postherpetic neuralgia.
