益气活血中药对大鼠异位子宫内膜组织IL-2、IL-6的影响

目的探讨益气活血中药对大鼠异位子宫内膜组织IL-2、IL-6的影响。方法建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型,造模大鼠饲养3周后,随机分为模型组、中药低剂量组、中药高剂量组及西药组,每组6只,各组大鼠进行相应的药物干预。4周后取各组大鼠异位子宫内膜组织固定、切片,采用免疫组化法检测IL-2、IL-6的表达水平。结果与模型组及中药低剂量组比较,中药高剂量组及西药组IL-2的表达升高,IL-6的表达下降,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论益气活血中药可调节异位子宫内膜组织中IL-2、IL-6的含量,干扰异位内膜的生长,从而起到治疗作用。

Effects of qi-enriching and blood-activating herbs on expressions of IL-2 and IL-6 in ectopic endometrium rats

Objective To investigate the effects of qi-enriching and blood-activating herbs on expressions of IL-2 and IL-6 in ectopic endometrium rats.Methods The model of endometriosis in rats was duplicated.After three weeks,the rats were randomly divided into model group,low-dose TCM group,high-dose of TCM group and western medicine group.Six rats in each group were given medical intervention.After four weeks,the endometrium was fixed and sliced.The expressions of IL-2 and IL-6 in endometrium were detected by RIA staining with immunol-histochemistry.Results Compared with the model group and the low-dose TCM group,the expression of IL-2 was increased and the expression of IL-6 was decreased in the high-dose TCM group and western medicine group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The qi-enriching and blood-activating herbs can regulate the contents of IL-2 and IL-6,and hence intervene the growth of the endometrium to treat ectopic endometrium.
