| 摘 要： | 目的观察二黄解毒汤对乳腺癌术后患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法将80例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组（各40例）,并均给予CAF方案化疗;治疗组同时口服二黄解毒汤,疗程20天。观察两组患者免疫功能和生活质量变化。结果治疗组患者T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞活性都有所上升,而对照组呈现一定程度的下降,两组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后与对照组治疗后比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论二黄解毒汤可提高乳腺癌术后患者免疫功能及生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of ＂Erhuang Jiedu Decoction＂ on immune function and life quality in postoperative mammary cancer.Methods Eighty subjects were randomized into two groups： control group in which 40 cases were treated by CAF regimen and treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by CAF regimen and ＂Erhuang Jiedu Decoction＂.The immune function and quality of life were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the activities of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells were increased in the treatment group（P0.05）,whereas they were decreased in the control group（P0.05）;and there were striking differences in the activities of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Erhuang Jiedu Decoction＂ can enhance the immune function and life quality in postoperative mammary cancer. |
