| 摘 要： | 探索类风湿性关节炎的中医病机特点。认为本病的病机关键是邪正交争中的邪侵与正虚;正气亏虚为类风湿性关节炎发生的基础;痰瘀互结是反复不愈、关节肿大变形的病理基础;病位在筋脉关节,日久累及肝、脾、肾等脏器;病性属本虚标实或虚实夹杂。

| Abstract: | The article studies the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis（RA） from the perspective of Chinese medicine.It is believed that insufficiency of healthy qi and invasion of pathogenic factors are the essential elements.Insufficiency of healthy qi is intrinsic in the development of RA,and mutual entanglement of blood stasis and phlegm-turbidity leads to joints swelling and deformity.RA lodges in the joints and involves such organs as the liver,spleen and kidney. |
