康复疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病150例

目的观察康复疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将240例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组（150例）和对照组（90例）;治疗组采用按摩、颈牵引、理疗等康复治疗,对照组采用颈部枕颌带牵引和药物治疗,疗程60天。结果治疗组的总有效率为89.3%,对照组为83.3%;两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论康复疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效确切。

Treatment of 150 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by rehabilitation therapy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Two hundred and forty subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 150 cases were treated by such rehabilitation therapy as massage,traction and physiotherapy,and control group in which 90 cases were treated by cervical traction and methycobal,with a course of 60 days.The total effective rate was 89.3% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy is quite effective for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
