糖尿病大鼠血管内皮功能变化及益气活血通络中药的干预作用

目的探讨糖尿病血管内皮功能的变化及益气活血通络中药的干预作用。方法用链脲佐菌素复制糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、弥可保组、中药组,并设正常对照组。药物干预8周后,检测体质量、血糖、血清一氧化氮（NO）、血浆内皮素（ET）的含量。结果模型组大鼠体质量明显减轻、血糖明显升高,血清NO含量明显降低、血浆ET含量明显升高;与模型组比较,益气活血通络中药组体质量有增长趋势,且可明显升高血清NO含量,降低血糖及降低血浆ET含量（P（0.05）。结论益气活血通络中药对糖尿病大鼠血管内皮功能有明显改善作用,这可能是其防治糖尿病的主要机制。

Vascular endothelial function in diabetic rats and its effects by qi-enriching,blood-activating and collateral-unblocking herbs

Objective To explore the changes of endothelial function in diabetes and its effects by qi-enriching,blood-activating and collateral-unblocking herbs.Methods Streptozotocin-induced diabetes rats were randomly divided into model group,methylcobalamin group,Chinese medicine group,and normal group.Each group was dealt with for eight weeks.The body weight,blood glucose,serum nitric oxide（NO） and endothelin（ET） levels were detected.Results In model group,body weight was obviously reduced,blood glucose increased significantly,serum NO content decreased,plasma ET rose significantly.Compared with the model group,the body weight tended to gain,serum NO content increased significantly,blood glucose and plasma ET content reduced（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Qi-enriching,blood-activating and collateral-unblocking herbs can improve the endothelial function in diabetic rats to treat diabetes.
