益气活血方治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿术后复发118例

目的观察益气活血方治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿术后复发的临床疗效。方法对118例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿术后复发患者给予益气活血方,治疗6个月经周期,观察治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况、囊肿大小、血清CA125水平及停药6个月后复发率。结果 118例中,痊愈32例,显效26例,有效38例,无效22例,总有效率为81.36%。治疗前后中医证候积分分别为（8.55±2.15）分、（1.91±1.33）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前后囊肿最大直径分别为（3.70±1.31）cm、（2.31±1.82）cm,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前后血清CA125水平分别为（37.75±34.82）、（28.31±24.15）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;停药12个月内复发率为12.96%。结论益气活血方能缓解卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿术后复发患者临床症状,缩小卵巢囊肿,下调血清CA125,并降低复发率。

Treatment of 118 cases of postoperative recurrent ovary endometrial cyst with "Yiqi Huoxue Decoction"

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Yiqi Huoxue Decoction＂ in treating recurrent ovary endometrial cyst after surgery.Methods A total of 118 cases were treated with ＂Yiqi Huoxue Decoction＂ for six menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy,the largest diameter of cyst and the level of serum CA125 were observed before and after treatment;the recurrence rate after administration was evaluated.Results In the 118 cases,32 cases were cured,26 cases markedly improved,38 cases improved,and 22 cases failed,and the total effective rate was 81.36%.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score was lowered（8.55±2.15 vs 1.91±1.33,P0.05）;the largest diameters of cyst after treatment became shorter（3.70±1.31）cm vs（2.31±1.82）cm,P0.05],and the content of serum CA125 was lowered（37.75±34.82 vs 28.31±24.15,P0.05）].One year after administration the recurrence rate was 12.96%.Conclusion ＂Yiqi Huoxue Decoction＂ may relieve symptoms,reduce the cyst,and downregulate serum CA125 and recurrence rate in patients with recurrent ovary endometrial cyst after surgery.
