| 摘 要： | 目的观察柴胡桂枝干姜汤合五苓散治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法对32例患者以柴胡桂枝干姜汤合五苓散为基础方加减治疗,3个疗程（30天）后观察临床疗效。结果显效6例,有效24例,无效1例,恶化1例,总有效率达93.8%。结论柴胡桂枝干姜汤合五苓散可有效用于治疗肝硬化腹水。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Caihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction＂ and ＂Wuling Powder＂ in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites.Methods Thirty-two cases were treated for three courses.Results Six cases were remarkably improved,24 cases improved,1 case failed and 1 case worsened;the total effective rate was 93.8%.Conclusion ＂Caihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction＂ combined with ＂Wuling Powder＂ is quite effective for cirrhotic ascites. |
