健脾温阳法治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化临床研究

目的观察健脾温阳法治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法 30例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者均采用以温阳健脾立法的雄芍汤治疗,疗程为6个月;评价临床疗效,观察治疗前后症状体征、肝功能指标、血清肝纤维化指标（HA、PCⅢ、IV-C、LN）及肝脾B超的变化情况。结果总有效率为93.3%;除肝脏B超疗效不明显外,患者症状和体征、肝功能、肝纤维化指标、脾脏厚度、门静脉直径均有明显改善（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论雄芍汤对脾肾阳虚型慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化有较好疗效,可保护肝细胞、改善肝功能,并有抗肝纤维化作用。

Clinical study on therapeutic method of spleen-strengthening and yang-warming therapy for hepatic fibrosis following chronic hepatitis B

Objective To observe clinical effects of spleen-strengthening and yang-warming therapy for hepatic fibrosis following chronic hepatitis B.Methods Thirty patients with hepatic fibrosis due to chronic hepatitis B were treated with ＂Xiongshao Decoction＂ to strengthen spleen and warm yang for 6 months.Clinical curative effect were estimated.Before and after treatment,clinical symptoms and signs were observed,and liver function,serum markers of hepatic fibrosis（HA,PCⅢ,C-IV,LN） and B-mode ultrasound of liver and spleen were determined.Results The total effective rate was 93.3%.Besides the change of B-mode ultrasound of liver,the clinical symptoms and signs,liver function,serum markers of hepatic fibrosis,spleen depth and portal vein diameter improved significantly（P0.01,P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Xiongshao Decoction＂ has apparent curative effect on hepatic fibrosis following chronic hepatitis B of spleen-kidney yang deficiency,and can protect liver cells from damage,improve hepatic function and fight against hepatic fibrosis.
