祛瘀解毒益气方对脓毒症患者炎症细胞因子的影响

目的观察祛瘀解毒益气方对脓毒症患者炎症因子的调节作用。方法将80例脓毒症患者随机分为治疗组（祛瘀解毒益气方加常规治疗）和对照组（常规治疗）,各40例,疗程均为14d;观察两组治疗前后急性生理学与慢性健康状况评价（APACHEⅡ评分）和血清TNFα-、IL-10含量的变化。结果治疗后两组APACHEⅡ评分和血清TNF-α、IL-10含量均明显降低（P〈0.05）,且治疗组的降低较对照组显著（P〈0.05）。结论祛瘀解毒益气方能改善脓毒症患者病情,减轻炎症反应。

Effects of "Quyu Jiedu Yiqi Decoction" on inflammatory cytokines in sepsis

Objective To observe the effects of ＂Quyu Jiedu Yiqi Decoction＂ on inflammatory cytokines in sepsis.Methods Eighty subjects were divided into two groups： control group in which 40 cases were treated by conventional therapy,and treatment group in which 40 cases were treated with ＂Quyu Jiedu Yiqi Decoction＂ and conventional therapy,with a course of 14 days.The acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ（APACHE Ⅱ） score and the levels of TNF-α and IL-10 were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the APACHE Ⅱscore and the levels of TNF-α and IL-10 were reduced in both groups（P0.05）,with more significant reduction in treatment group than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Quyu Jiedu Yiqi Decoction＂ can relive sepsis and reduce inflammation in the treatment of sepsis.
