卡马西平治疗躁狂症近期疗效对照观察

34例躁狂症病人分卡马西平治疗组(18例)和碳酸锂对照组(16例),倍克—拉范森躁狂量表为评定工具。结果表明,四周末卡马西平治愈率为38.9%,第2周末和第4周末量表评分减少较治疗前有显著性差异,第4周末与第2周末减少无差异。第2周到第4同增加之痊愈例数碳酸锂组多于卡马西平组。卡马西平组第4周末情绪、自我评价、工作三项较其他因子分减少有差异,但两组间无差异,认为卡马西平是一种安全、可靠的抗躁狂药物。

Control Observation of Recent Curative Effects in Manic Disorder Treated With Carbamazepine

Thirty-four manic patients were randomly divided into the treated group(carbamaze- pine,N=18)and the control group(carbon Iithium,N=16).Both groups were evaluated with Bech-Rafaelsen manic rating scale(BRMS).The results showed that the rate of recovery in carbamazepine group is 38.90%,and the scores of BRMS at the end of the second week and the end of the fourth week were significantly decreased than the secres before admisson to the hospital(P<0.01).The Cases of recovery from the second week to the fourth week in control group increased than in the treated group(P<0.05). At last two weeks,the scores of emotion,self-evaluation and working in the treated group were significantly decreased than other factors,but there are no difference between the both groups.The authors consider that carbamazepine is a safe and teliable antima- niacal drug.
