| 摘 要： | 本实验选择了３个ＤＮＡ探针，对胃癌病人最可能发生改变的３对染色体的基因位点进行了等位基因的丢失研究。应用于限制性片段长度多态性分析了３２例原发性胃癌及其癌周正常胃粘膜组织的等位基因变化。

| Abstract: | In this experiment,three RFLP probes were used to investigate allele loss on three chromosomes.We studied LOH in 32 cases of primary gastric cancer obtained at surgery by RFLP analysis.The detection results are as follow:probe pYNZ 22 of 17p13.3 detected three cases of LOH in 8 informative cases;probe pGY3 of 7q21.1 detected two cases of allele loss in 24 infomative cases;probe pYNH15 of 12q detected one case of LOH in 10 informative cases,overall,the LOH frequency of nYNZ22,pGY3 and pYNH1 5 is 37.5%,8.3%,10%,respectively.The results indicated that the genetic alterations in primary gastric cancer were complicated and a lot of alterations of many genes were involved. |
