脱细胞异体真皮与自体大张薄皮修复功能部位创面的疗效观察

目的：总结功能部位创面用脱细胞异体真皮与自体大张薄皮修复后的疗效。方法：对感染创面清创，控制感染。移植脱细胞异体真皮与自体大张薄皮封闭创面。结果：该技术操作简单，皮片成活良好，外观平整,皮肤弹性好,修复区无功能障碍。结论：关节功能部位创面用脱细胞异体真皮与自体大张薄皮移植能恢复关节功能，避免或减少后期整形。

Repair wounds in functional location with combined acellular xenogenic dermis and autogeneic thin split-thickness skin grafts

【Objective】To observe the effect of the repair of wounds in functional location by grafting combined acellular xenogenic dermis and big pieces of autogeneic thin split-thickness skin.【Methods】Debridement and control of　 infection were given and combined acellular xenogenic dermis and big pieces of autogeneic thin split-thickness skin grafts were used to cover wounds in functional.【Results】This technique is simple to operate, and it,s easy for the split-thickness skin grafts to survive. After surviving, the grafts are smooth with good elasticity, left no functional disturbance.【Conclusion】Repair wounds in functional locatin with combined acellular xenogenic dermis and big pieces of autogeneic thin split-thickness skin grafts can restore the jonint function, then it can avoid further plasty or reduce the times of further plasty.
