冰黄肤乐软膏辅助治疗斑块型银屑病疗效观察

目的观察冰黄肤乐软膏佐治斑块型银屑病的临床疗效。方法将128例银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组外用他扎罗汀乳膏每日1次，辅助外用冰黄肤乐软膏，每日2次；对照组外用他扎罗汀乳膏，每日1次。系统治疗2组相同，每周观察记录，每3周为1疗程，连续观察2个疗程。结果治疗组6周总有效率87.50％，对照组为71.88％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（X^2=4.83，P〈0.05）。结论冰黄肤乐软膏辅佐他扎罗汀乳膏治疗斑块型银屑病能明显提高疗效，缩短疗程。

Clinical Observation of Binghuang Fule Cream on Adjunctive Treating Psoriasis Plaque

Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Binghuang Fule Cream on adjunctive treating psoriasis plaque. Methods] 128 patients with psoriasis plaque were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The treatment group was treated with topical Tazarotene cream once daily and the Binghuang Fule Cream as the adjunctive therapy twice daily. The control group only accepted topical Tazarotene cream once daily. The control group and the treatment group had same therapeutic system. 3 weeks was a course, and the efficacy was observed in two courses of treatment. Results] After 6 weeks of treatment, the total effec- tive rate of the treatment and the control group was 87.5% and 71.88% respectively. The difference of two groups was significant （X^2 =4.83, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion] Binghuang Fule Cream was an effective adjunctive therapy in psoriasis plaque treating by Tazarotene cream, which with better effect and shorter clinical courses.
