红景天强身剂与复方丹参滴丸抗缺氧作用对比实验研究

摘    要:目的 :对比红景天强身剂与复方丹参滴丸对小鼠常压缺氧条件下存活时间的影响 ,以及小鼠夹闭气管后 ,两种制剂对其心电消失时间的影响。方法 :缺氧存活实验 :将小鼠灌胃给药 13d后 ,分别放入等体积密闭容器内观察其存活时间。心肌缺氧保护实验 :将灌胃给药 6d的小鼠麻醉后分离气管 ,夹闭 ,用心电仪观察其心电消失时间。结果 :在两个实验中 ,两种药物常规治疗剂量组的各项指标均无显著性差异 ;但与生理盐水对照组比较 ,各项指标均存在显著性差异 (P<0 0 1或P <0 0 5)。结论 :两种药物均能显著延长小鼠的缺氧存活时间 ,并对心肌缺氧有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To make a comparison of the anti-hypoxi a eff ect of Rhodiolae oral liquor with that of compound Danshen drop pills.Me thods:In hypoxia-survival experiment,50 healthy mice were randomly divid ed into 5 groups:control group,high dose of Rhodiolae group,low dose of Rhodiola e group,high dose of Danshen group and low dose of Danshen group.The mice in con trol group were given to physiological saline and those in other 4 groups were g iven to Rhodiolae(10 ml/kg in high dose group,5ml/kg in low dose group)or Danshe n drop pills(375mg/kg in high dose group,187 5mg/kg in low dose group)once per day for 13 days.Then,all of them were kept in hermetically sealed containers to observe the survival time in hypoxia condition.In myocardial hypoxia-protection experiment,70 mice were randomly divided into 7 groups:control group,Danshen gro ups(high dose,middle dose,low dose),and Rhodiolae groups(high dose,middle dose,l ow dose).The mice in control group were given to physiological saline and those in other groups were given to Danshen(375mg/kg,187 5mg/kg and 93 75mg/kg in hi gh,middle and low dose group,respectively)or Rhodiolae(10ml/kg,5ml/kg,2 5ml/kg in high,middle and low dose group,respectively)once per day for 6 days.Then,the tracheae of all the mice were clamped after anesthesia to observe the electrocar diograph sign vanishing time.Results:In the two experiments,ther e were no significant differences of all the indexes between Rhodiolae groups an d Danshen groups.However,compared with that in control group,there were remarkab le differences(P<0 01 or P<0 05).Conclusion:Both Rhodiolae a nd Danshen can prolong the survival time and protect the myocardium in hypoxia c ondition.
