小剂量吲哒帕胺治疗原发性高血压临床观察

目的:评价小计量吲哒帕胺对轻、中度原发性高血压的降压有效性及安全性。方法:48例轻、中度原发性高血压患者服用小计量吲哒帕胺(1.5mg,日1次),观察血压变化,并测定血糖、血脂、血尿酸、血钾,观察药物的安全性。结果:服药8周后,血压总有效率为83.3%,收缩压/舒张压由治疗前的(165.2±13.1/97.5±11.2)mmHg降至治疗后的(141.2±11.8/88.1±8.9)mmHg,治疗2周即有统计学意义(P<0.001),并持续8周。用药后血生化均无明显的变化。结论:小计量吲哒帕胺对轻、中度原发性高血压疗效显著,耐受性好,副作用少。

Clinical observation of low-dose Indapamide in the treatment of patients with primary hypertension

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of low-dose Indapamide ((SR 1.5mg)) in the treatment of patients with mild or moderate primary hypertension.Method 48 patients with mild or moderate primary hypertension received lowdose Indapamide((SR 1.5mg),once daily) and the variance of blood pressure was observed after treatment,also blood sugar,blood fat,blood uric acid and serum potassium were examined to evaluate the drug safety.Results After 8 weeks' treatment,the total response rate was 83.3% and blood pressure decreased significantly from(165.2±13.1/97.5±11.2) mmHg to(141.2±11.8/88.1±(8.9)) mmHg.2 weeks of therapy reached statistical significance(P<0.001) and continued for 8 weeks.No substantial changes were found in blood biochemistry. Conclusion Low-dose Indapamide(SR 1.5mg) has significant effect for patients of mild or moderate primary hypertension and with favourable tolerance and few side effects.
