康复新液治疗放射性食管炎60例临床观察

目的:观察康复新液治疗放射性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:经胃镜检查确诊的食管癌患者行单纯根治性放疗出现放射性食管炎的120例患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组60例,给以康复新液10ml口服,3次/d,连续服用2周;对照组60例,给以五维他口服液500ml加庆大霉素针剂40万U加地塞米松10mg加利多卡因液200mg混合液20ml,口服,3次/d,连续2周。于治疗前后进行临床症状的观察。结果:两组治疗对比显示,治疗后都能明显改善症状,而治疗组比对照组临床症状改善更为迅速,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液能迅速改善放射性食管炎的临床症状,促进局部损伤的修复,无不良反应,疗效可靠,值得推广应用。

Effect of Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of 60 cases with radiation esophagitis

Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin liquid in treating radiation esophagitis.Method Total 120 cases confirmed by gastroscopic examination received radiation with radiation esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group（n=60）and the control group（n=60）;10 ml of Kangfuxin liquid was given to the treatment group,3 times a day for two weeks,for the control group,20 ml of the mixture of 500 ml of Vitamin B complex liquid,400 000 U of Gentamicin,10 mg of Dexamethasone,200 mg of Lidocaine were given,3 times a day for two weeks;the clinical symptoms were observed in both groups before and after treatment.Results The contrast between the two groups showed that the clinical symptoms of both groups relieved obviously,while symptom improvement in the treatment group was quicker than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was obvious.Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of radiation esophagitis,promote the local repairment.Kangfuxin liquid is reliable and effective in treating radiation esophagitis and it is worthy of wide application.
