双歧三联活菌胶囊联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻61例疗效观察

目的:探讨双歧三联活菌胶囊联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法:选择腹泻患儿121例,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予基础治疗。对照组给予乳酶生、复合维生素B口服,同时给予利巴韦林。观察组给予思密达和双歧三联活菌胶囊。两组患儿共治疗3d。结果:两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组大便好转时间、止泻时间和退热时间分别与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧三联活菌胶囊联合思密达能够显著改善腹泻患儿临床症状,临床治疗效果显著,值得借鉴。

Clinical efficacy of bifid triple viable capsules combined with montmorillonite powder for 61 children with diarrhea

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of bifid triple viable capsules combined with montmorillonite powder for diarrhea in children.Method Total 121 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.The basic therapy was used in the two groups,lactasin and compound vitamin B were used in the control group orally,and ribavirin was given.In the observation group,bifid triple viable capsules combined with montmorillonite powder were used.The course was three days.Results The total effective rate of the two group showed statistical difference（P0.05）;the time of stool improvement,diarrhea stopping time,fever reducing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistical（P0.05）.Conclusion Bifid triple viable capsules combined with montmorillonite powder can improve the clinical symptoms of diarrhea in children,the clinical efficacy is significant,and the therapy should be the reference for doctors.
