| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨N-末端脑钠肽前体(Nt-proBNP)在老年舒张性心力衰竭患者中的诊断及疗效评估中的临床价值。方法:选取52例老年舒张性心力衰竭患者,38例正常老年人对照,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血浆Nt-proBNP的浓度。结果:与对照组相比,老年舒张性心力衰竭患者组血浆Nt-proBNP水平显著升高;心力衰竭患者治疗2周后,血浆Nt-proBNP较入院时显著降低。结论:血浆Nt-proBNP用于诊断老年舒张性心力衰竭患者的价值较高,随着心力衰竭的有效治疗而Nt-proB-NP的浓度显著降低。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum Nt-proBNP in diagnosis and treatment of senile diastolic heart failure.Method Total 38 healthy controls and 52 patients of senile diastolic heart failure were enrolled into the study.The concentration of Nt-proBNP was determined with ELISA assay.Results The level of serum Nt-proBNP was significantly increased as compared with those in the control group;The Nt-proBNP levels had an statistical decrease after two weeks＇ treatment.Conclusion Nt-proBNP has optimal value to diagnose senile diastolic heart failure.The level of Nt-proBNP in senile diastolic heart failure group decreases after treatment and associates with improvement of clinical conditions. |
