| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨糖尿病患者并发颌面部间隙感染的诊断和治疗方法。方法:比较糖尿病20例与非糖尿病18例患者颌面部间隙感染的严重程度、疗程长短和治疗措施。结果:糖尿病患者颌面部间隙感染的疗程明显延长。结论:糖尿病并发颌面部间隙感染好发于中老年人,临床症状严重,病程迁延。治疗应同时控制感染和血糖,积极处理病灶及全身支持治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic patients complicated with maxillofacial space infections.Method Maxillofacial space infection severity,treatment length and treatment measures of 20 cases of diabetes and 18 patients without diabetes were compared.Results Diabetic patients with maxillofacial space infections had significantly longer course of treatment.Conclusion Diabetes mellitus complicating maxillofacial space infections occurs more in the elderly,the clinical symptoms is severe,and course of disease is longer.Treatment should control infection and blood sugar at the same time,and actively deal with lesions and systemic support treatment. |
