摘    要:目的:探讨白介素-17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)发病中的作用。方法:分别选择30例COPD急性发作期、稳定期患者及20例健康非吸烟者留取痰液,采用双抗体ELISA法测定痰中IL-17和TNF-α水平,散射比浊法测定血清hsCRP。结果:COPD急性发作期IL-17、TNF-α和hsCRP水平分别为(148.4±15.2)pg/ml、(14.5±4.3)ng/L和(126.5±24.5)mg/L,与稳定期及对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。COPD稳定期患者IL-17也较对照组升高(P<0.05)。COPD急性发作期IL-17与TNF-α、hsCRP呈正相关(r=0.342,P=0.01和r=0.416,P=0.001)。结论:IL-17、TNF-α与hsCRP参与COPD的急性炎性反应过程。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the significance of interleukin-17(IL-17),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP)in chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD).Method Sputum was obtained in patients with COPD both during acute exacerbation and stable stage,healthy nonsmoking volunteers were induced as controls.The concentrations of IL-17 and TNF-α in induced sputum were measured by ELISA and hsCRP by nephelometry method.Results The levels of IL-17,TNF-α and hsCRP in COPD with acute exacerbation were(148.4±15.2)pg/ml,(14.5±4.3)ng/L and(126.5±24.5)mg/L,respectively.They were significantly higher than that in stable stage and in the controls(P0.01).The level of IL-17 in stable stage was significantly higher than that in the controls(P0.05).The levels of IL-17 in patients with COPD during acute exacerbation was positively correlated with that of TNF-α and hsCRP(r=0.342,P=0.01 and r=0.416,P=0.001).Conclusion IL-17,TNF-α and hsCRP may be involved in the acute inflammation in COPD.
