顺铂同步放化疗方案治疗中晚期宫颈癌26例疗效观察

目的:探讨顺铂同步放化疗方案治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法:选择中晚期宫颈癌患者50例,将以上患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用放疗方案治疗。观察组患者采用顺铂同步放化疗方案治疗。观察两组患者临床治疗效果;局部复发和远处转移情况。结果:两组患者有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组局部复发率、远处转移率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:同步放化疗方案能够显著提高中晚期宫颈癌患者治疗效果,降低局部复发和远处转移,临床效果显著,值得借鉴。

Clinical observation of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy with cisplatin on 26 cases with medium term and advanced cervical carcinoma

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy with cisplatin on medium term and advanced cervical carcinoma.Method Total 50 cases with medium term and advanced cervical carcinoma were selected and divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group.Radiotherapy was used to the control group,concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy with cisplatin was used to the observation group.The clinical efficacy was observed and local recurrence distant metastasis were recorded.Results The effective rate in the observation group compared with that in the control group,there was statistical difference（P0.05）;the rate of local recurrence distant metastasis in the observation group compared with those in the control group,there were statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy with cisplatin can increase the clinical efficacy,and decrease the rate of local recurrence distant metastasis,the clinical efficacy is significant,and the therapy should be the reference for doctors.
