| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声造影诊断腹部实质脏器外伤的价值。方法:73例腹部外伤患者分别接受常规超声和超声造影检查,并与手术或增强CT结果进行对照。结果:73例患者中64例确诊为腹部实质脏器外伤。常规超声检查的敏感性81.4%、特异性66.7%;超声造影检查的敏感性96.9%、特异性100%。结论:超声造影对腹部实质脏器外伤较常规超声有更高的诊断符合率,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound（CEUS）in the diagnosis of abdominal trauma.Method Seventy-three patients suspected of abdominal trauma were entrolled in the study.Both conventional ultrasonography（C-US）and CEUS were performed.And the results were compared with those of surgical operations or contrast-enhanced CT.Results Sixty-four cases of 73 patients suspected of abdominal trauma were confirmed.The sensitivities,specificities using C-US and CEUS were 81.4%,66.7% vs 96.9%,100%.Conclusion CEUS is more accurate than C-US in diagnosing abdominal trauma. |
