| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨消毒供应室对全院所有重复使用的手术器械进行集中管理的实践模式。方法:对所有重复使用的手术器械进行集中管理,做好开展前的准备工作、实施工作以及不断完善的质量管理措施,使该项工作顺利进行。结果:通过不断的沟通、改进、完善各环节的管理工作,使该项工作顺利进行并取得很好的效果。结论:做好各阶段环节管理工作是重复使用手术器械集中管理的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the practice model of centralized management of repeated using surgical instruments in supply room.Method The repeated using surgical instruments were centralized managed,to make the work go smoothly.Results With continuous communication and improvement of management in every link,in order to make the work go smoothly,and get good results.Conclusion Good management in every stage is the key of centralized management in repeated using surgical instruments. |
