老年2型糖尿病患者颈动脉斑块与同型半胱氨酸的关系

目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病患者颈动脉斑块与同型半胱氨酸的关系。方法:将67例老年2型糖尿病患者按照血同型半胱氨酸水平的不同,分为两组:A组37例(血Hcy≤10.5μmol/L,男29例,女8例),B组30例(血Hcy>10.5μmol/L,男23例,女7例),分别测定颈动脉粥样硬化斑块程度。结果:A组Hcy水平(7.29±1.84)μmol/L显著低于B组(14.74±8.40)μmol/L,A组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块分级程度(2.38±1.06)显著低于B组2.93±1.01),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化发展与高血同型半胱氨酸血症关系密切。

Relationship between carotid atherosclerosis and homocysteine in elderly people with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis and homocysteine（Hcy）in elderly people with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method Total 67 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups according to serum homocysteine level,group A（Hcy ≤10.5 μmol/L,male of 29 cases,female of 8 cases）and group B（Hcy﹥10.5 μmol/L,male of 23 cases and female of 7 cases）.The grade of atheroma were examined at the same time.Results The difference of group A and B in carotid atheroma was significant（P0.05）.The grade of atheroma of group A was（2.38±1.06）,and the grade of atheroma of group B was（2.93 ±1.01）,the difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion In elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,carotid atherosclerosis correlates with high Hcy level.
