丹红注射液联合灯盏花素注射液治疗进展性脑梗死

目的:观察丹红注射液联合灯盏花素注射液治疗进展性脑梗死的临床疗效和安全性。方法:68例进展性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组各34例,对照组给予灯盏花素注射液40mg加生理盐水250ml静滴,每日1次,连用14d。观察组在对照组的基础上加用丹红注射液30ml加生理盐水250ml静滴,每日1次,连用14d。14d后判定两组的临床疗效和进行神经功能缺损评分。结果:观察组临床显效率和总有效率分别为73.5%和91.2%,优于对照组的50.0%和67.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前明显下降,以观察组下降明显且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液联合灯盏花素注射液治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Curative Effect of Danhong Injection Combined with Breviscapine Injection on Progressive Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Danhong injection combined with Breviscapine injection on progressive cerebral infarction. Methods.. 68 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observation group randomly, each group including 34 patients. Those in control group received 40rag of Breviscapine injection and 250ml of saline water; i. v. , drip, qd for 14ck Those in observation group received additional 30ml of Danhong injection and 250ml of saline water on the base of the control group; i. v, drip, qd for 14d. The clinical effect was determined and the score of neurological deficits was evaluated after 14d. Results：The clinical marked efficacy rate and total effective rate was 73. 5% and 91.2% in observation group, separately, which were superior to those of 50. 0% and 67. 6% in control group separately, there was a statistically significant difference between them（P 〈0. 05）. The scores of neurological deficits were descended after the treatment more significant than those before the treatment, and the descending in observation was significantly superior to that in control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion. The curative effect of Danhong injection combined with Breviscapine injection on progressive cerebral infarction showed significant and less side effect, which indicated it was worth to be clinical popularized.
