摘    要:案例教学法,是指运用真实案例,让学生综合利用所学的知识进行判断,从而提高学生思考问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力。它所追求的不是要求学生找到唯一正确的解决问题的答案,而是促使学生在开放的教学环境中,发挥主观能动性,让学生增强消化和运用知识与经验的能力,并从案例的分析、讨论中获取知识、经验和正确的思维方式。对未来医生产生思想、道德、价值观的影响。我们采用案例教学法,得到较好的效果。

Abstract:Case study refers to the instructional approach which involves students' discussion on a real case in clinical practice thus to enable medical students to comprehensively utilize the knowledge they have acquired and make their own judgment of the case based on their utilization of related knowledge.Therefore,it is very useful for students to develop their ability to reflect,analyze and solve concerned problems.What case study concerns is not students' struggling pursuit for one single correct solution to the question,but encourages students to develop their subjective and initiative capacities,digest and utilize their knowledge reserve in an open-styled teaching environment,so that they will form a thinking mode for later knowledge and experience acquisition via case analysis and discussion.We conclude that instructional approach of case study in our practice obtains satisfactory effect,and it also has positive influence on the will-be physicians in their thinking style,morality and values.
