ERCP在胆胰疾病中的诊治体会--附63例临床分析

目的 评价ERCP在胆胰疾病诊断与治疗中的价值。方法 对63例不明原因腹痛或黄疸、发热的病人行ERCP检查并确诊，同时行内镜下治疗，包括EST，ENBD，ER．BD或网篮取石等。结果 93％病人能明确诊断，高于B超或CT诊断率，66％的病人同时行内镜下治疗，避免了开腹手术。结论 ERCP对胆胰疾病的诊断与治疗有效、安全，可替代部分胆胰外科手术，实现微创治疗。

Signifficance of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancereatography (ERCP) in diagnosis and treatment of cholecystopancreatic disease

Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in the diagnosis and treatment of cholecystopancreatic disease. Methods: ERCP were performed in 3 cases with difference symptoms, such as unidentified abdominal pain, obstruction jaundice or fever etc and some endscopic treatments, including EST, ENBD, ERBD and stone extraction were performed in these cases according to the results off the ERCP examination. Results: The diagnosis rate of ERCP examination was 93%, it was higher than that of ylreasonic examination and computed tomography (CT). More than 66% cases were given endoscopic treatments at the same time, patients were released from open operation. Conclusions: ERCP is an efficient and safe method indiagnosis and treatment off cholecytopancreatec disease. The micro-operation can replace some kind of surgical operation.
