冠心病患者血浆ET-1与IGF-1的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨血浆内皮素1(ET-1)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)的水平变化与冠心病患者的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定急性冠脉综合征(ACS)组,稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组患者及正常对照组的血浆ET-1、IGF-1水平。结果 IGF-1在SAP和对照组中明显高于ACS组(P<0.01),对照组的血浆IGF-1浓度明显高于SAP组(P<0.01);血浆ET-1的浓度在SAP和对照组中明显低于ACS组(P<0.01),对照组明显低于SAP组(P<0.01)。冠心病中IGF-1与ET-1呈负相关(r=-0.524)。结论血浆IGF-1、ET-1可能参与冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生发展过程,IGF-1与ET-1在冠心病的发病机制中互为影响。

Abstract:Objective To explore the changes in plasma levels of endothelin - 1 ( ET - 1 ) and insulin - like growth factor - 1 ( IGF - 1 ) and their correlation with coronary heart diseases. Methods Plasma levels of ET - 1 and IGF - 1 in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) group, patients in stable angina pectoris (SAP) group, and healthy controls were examined by ELISA. Results Plasma levels of IGF - 1 in pa- tients of SAP group and control group were higher than that of ACS groups ( P =0. 038, P 〈0.05 ), and plasma level of IGF - 1 in control group was significantly higher than that of patients in SAP group. ( P = 0. 000, P 〈 0.01 ) . The plasma levels of ET - 1 in SAP group and control group were significantly lower than that of ACS group ( P = 0. 042, P 〈 0.05 ), and plasma level of ET - 1 in control group was significantly lower than that of SAP group. ( P =0. 000, P 〈0.01 ). The level of ET - 1 had negative correlation with that of IGF - 1 in patients with coronary heart dis- eases. ( r = - O. 173 ). Conclusion Plasma ET - 1 and IGF - 1 may participate in the process of development of coronary heart diseases, and they may have mutual influence on pathogenesis of CHD.
