胫骨神经鞘瘤1例报告及文献复习

目的:探讨胫骨神经鞘瘤的诊断、治疗及预后。方法:报告1例胫骨神经鞘瘤患者并结合国内外相关文献进行分析。结果:该例患者术中冰冻活检取材少,取材部位不佳,未能明确诊断。术后常规活检结合免疫组化结果被确诊为骨神经鞘瘤伴骨皮质破坏。结论:胫骨神经鞘瘤的实验室检查结果和影像学表现均无特异性,易误诊为骨巨细胞瘤或动脉瘤样骨囊肿等骨肿瘤,早期确诊十分困难。目前确诊骨神经鞘瘤需依靠病理组织形态学和免疫组化检查。术中冰冻送检组织广泛取材可提高诊断,以便临床决定合理的手术方式,改善患者的预后。

Intraosseous schwannoma of the tibia report of one case and review of literature

Objective：To study the diagnosis,treatment and Prognosis of intraosseous schwannoma of the tibia. Methods：A case of intraosseous schwannoma of the tibia was rePorted and the literatures were reviewed. Results：The Patient had less intraoPerative frozen bioPsies,and the drawn Parts were Poor,it was unable to confirm the diagnosis. ee was diagnosed with bone schwannoma with cortical destruction by routine PostoPerative bioPsy combined immune staining. Conclusion：The laboratory findings and imaging findings of intraosseous schwannoma of tibial were nonsPe-cific,it usually was misdiagnosed as giant cell tumor or aneurysmal bone cyst bone tumor,and the early diagnosis was difficult. Currently the diagnosis of intraosseous schwannoma of tibia rely on histoPathological and immunohistochemi-cal examination. Frozen drawn organizations and widesPread censorshiP intraoPeratively could imProve the diagnosis,to make a reasonable surgical clinical decision and imProve Patient outcomes.
