| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肺神经内分泌癌多层螺旋CT（MSCT）表现及其病理分析。方法：回顾性分析我院2008年-2012年共30例经手术病理诊断为肺神经内分泌癌患者的影像学资料，全部病例均行cT平扫及增强扫描。结果：30例中，男性21例，女性9例；右肺19例，左肺11例；中央型17例，周围型13例；最大径为0．5—11cIn平均约为5cm。体积较小时不出现低密度坏死，较大时（最大径〉Scm）出现小的坏死灶，实性部分密度较均匀，呈中等度强化，周围型神经内分泌癌容易出现分叶。结论：肺神经内分泌癌MSCT表现有一定特征。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the diagnostic value of MSCT in pulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma. Methods： Imaging findings of 30 patients with surgery confirmed pulmonary neuroendocrjne tumor were respectively analyzed, all patients underwent plain CT and contrast enhanced CT examinations. Results：In all of 30 cases,21 cases were male, 9 female. 19 cases were in the right lungs, 11 cases in the left lungs. The diameters were between 0.5 - 11 cm, the av- erage diameter 5cm, necrosis was scare in the little lesions, but when the diameters bigger than 5cm, necrosis common- ly occur ,the lesions were moderately enhanced, the sublobe were not seldem seen in peripheral lesions. Conclusion： There are some characteristics in MSCT of pulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma. |
