基质金属蛋白酶9表达与乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的关系

目的:探讨浸润性乳腺导管癌新辅助化疗前后血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平变化及其对疗效的预测价值。方法:用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法研究92例Ⅱ-Ⅲ期女性原发性浸润性乳腺导管癌行新辅助化疗前后血清MMP-9水平,并进一步探讨血清MMP-9水平与化疗疗效、化疗前临床分期的关系。结果:新辅助化疗总有效率为72.8%(67/92)。化疗前临床分期II期患者MMP-9水平低于III期患者[(952.58±463.32)U/Lvs.(1286.55±527.16)U/L,P<0.05]。在新辅助化疗有效组,化疗后MMP-9水平明显降低[(1259.85±478.69)U/Lvs.(501.87±398.85)U/L,P<0.01],在新辅助化疗稳定组和进展组,化疗前后MMP-9水平无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:化疗前血清MMP-9水平与化疗前临床分期存在相关性,新辅助化疗前后MMP-9水平变化与化疗疗效存在相关性,对新辅助化疗疗效预测有一定的临床意义。

Relationship between microlymphatic vessel density,P - cadherin with lymphatic metas-tasis in invasive breast carcinoma

Objective：To exPlore the relationshiP between MLVD and P - cadherin with lymPhatic metastasis in invasive breast carcinoma. Methods：All 40 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma were double immunostained for P -cadherin and D2 - 40,the MLVD was counted and was relatived to P - cadherin,ER,PR,C - erbB - 2 and lymPhatic metastasis. P - cadherin exPression inside and outside lymPhatic vessel was tested as well. Results：The MLVD was significantly higher in lymPhatic metastasis grouP（P = 0. 004）,lymPhatic vessels mostly existed in ParaneoPlastic stroma. In P - cadherin Positive grouP,the carcinoma cells inside lymPhatic vessels were mostly negative. Conclusion：eigher MLVD and higher lymPhatic metastasis rate,MLVD PerhaPs acts as an imPortant indicator of lymPhatic metas-tasis. Carcinoma cells become more invasive after losing exPression of P - cadherin.
