XW-肢体创伤固定器在突发灾害救援中的效果分析

摘    要:目的总结XW-肢体创伤固定器,在突发灾害救援四肢创伤患者时的使用效果。方法四肢不同急性创伤患者2156例,755例用XW-肢体创伤固定器固定,696例用负压气垫固定,705例用小夹板固定。比较各种方法的急救消耗时间、患者痛苦程度及并发症发生率。结果上肢骨、关节损伤时用XW-肢体固定器者的固定肢体时间为(18±3)s,显著短于负压气垫组(87±7)s]和小夹板组(126±11)s],均P〈0.01;负压气垫组的时间也显著短于小夹板组(P〈0.05)。下肢骨、关节损伤时用XW-肢体固定器者的固定肢体时间为(21±3)S,显著短于负压气垫组和小夹板组(118±9)S和(190+15)S,均P〈0.01)];负压气垫组的时间也显著短于小夹板组(P〈0.05)。XW组术中止痛处置率为0,二次损伤发生率为0。结论XW-肢体固定器在抢救肢体创伤患者时所需固定时间耗时少,固定效果好,操作简单,值得在突发灾害救援中推广。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of XW-limbs wound fixer in emergent disaster rescue. Methods 2156 patients with acute trauma of the extremities underwent fixation by XW-limbs wound fixer (n=755), negative-pressure air-cushion (n=696), or small splint (n=705). The time-consmning during fixation, pain degree of the patients, and complication rate were compared among these 3 groups. Results The time needed during fixation of the patients with upper extremity bone and joint injury by XW-limbs wound fixer was (18±3) s, significantly shorter than those of the negative-pressure air-cushion and small splint groups(87±7)s and (126± 11) s, both P 〈 0.01 and with significant difference between the latter 2 groups (P 〈 0.05). The time needed during fixation of the patients with lower extremity bone and joint injury treated by XW-limbs wound fixer was(21±3)s, significantly shorter than those of the negative-pressure air-cushion and small splint groups (118±9)s and (190±15) s respectively, both P〈 0.01] and with significant difference between the latter 2 groups (P〈0.05). In the XW group, the pain relieving rate during operation and secondary wound rate were both 0. Conclusion Effective in emergent disaster rescue, XW-limbs wound fixer is worth popularizing.
