舒适护理在纤维支气管镜检查中的应用

目的探讨舒适护理在纤维支气管镜检查的应用效果。方法将382例患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组190例进行常规护理,观察组192例进行舒适护理,观察两组患者纤维支气管镜检查的舒适情况。结果两组比较,观察组患者的依从性、愿意再次接受检查情况明显提高;鼻咽喉不适、憋气感、并发症发生情况均明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论在纤维支气管镜检查中应用舒适护理提高了患者的依从性和舒适性。

Comfort care for patients undergoing fibro-optic bronchoscope examination

Objective To investigate the effect of comfort care for patients undergoing fibro-optic bronchoscope examination.Methods All of 382 patients were randomly divided into the control group（n = 190） and the observation group（n = 192）.Usual care was carried out in control group,while comfort care was carried out in observation group.Comfort conditions of fibro-optic bronchoscope examination were observed in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had obviously better compliance and was more willing to accept re-examination.The incidence of nose and throat discomfort,suffocating feeling and complications in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Comfort care has improved the compliance and patient comfort in fibro-optic？bronchoscope examination.
