献血员人群HCV感染状况及其输血传播的调查

采用ELISA对1572份献血员血清进行抗HCV检测,阳性率为12.15％。其中女性献血员抗HCV阳性率较男性为高、单采浆献血员者较单纯献血全血者为高,抗HCV检测阳性率随献血员年龄增长而增高。近期ALT升高的单采浆献血者血清抗HCV阳性者显著地高于无近期ALT升高史的同类单采浆献血员。结果证实严格开展献血员HCV感染者筛选将有助于输血相关性的丙肝的预防。

Status of HCV infection in blood Donors and recipients who have received anti-HCV positive blood

Using second generation anti-HCV ELISA kits, anti-HCV in sera of 1572 blood donors have been detected. Result showed that the positive rate was 12.15% totally. In which the female donor's anti-HCV positive rate was higher notably than that of the male donor's (15.64% vs 2.23% P 0.01). The plasma donor's anti-HCV positive rate was higher than that of common blood donor's (15.64% vs 11.3%, P 0.05). In the plasma donor group, the anti-HCV positive rate of donors who had a history of elevated ALT level recently was higher markedly than that of donors who hadn't such a history (14.08% vs 6.15%, P 0. 01) , and an excellent identical change between ages of blood donors and their positive rates of anti-HCV was found. Among 9 subjects who have received anti HCV positive blood transfusion(l50-600 ml/ a subject), 8 subjects were negative for anti- HCV before transfusion. During the 39~ 141 days after transfusion, 5 cases become anti-HCV sero positive and 6 cases had detectable HCV RNA in sero. Four cases who had elevated ALT level were both anti- HCV and HCV RNA sero positive, in whom 3 subjects had been hospitalized again for serious clinical symptoms.
