| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医辨证施护对中风患者的作用。方法：将我院2009年1月～2011年2月收治的80例中风患者随机分为对照组与观察组，每组40例。对照组给予中风的一般护理措施，观察组在一般护理基础上给予中医辨证施护，两组患者在出院时和出院后进行生活自理能力量表（ADL）评分，评价两组的护理效果，调查患者家属对于护理的满意度，并进行统计分析。结果：出院时，观察组的ADL评分明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组出院时的显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组患者家属对于护理的满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：对中风患者进行中医辨证施护能够显著提高患者的自理能力，增强临床治疗效果，增加患者家属对于护理的满意度，值得在临床护理中推广应用。
