| 摘 要： | 目的：比较分析后路通用型脊柱内固定系统（GSS）与椎弓根螺钉固定系统（AF）治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效及优缺点。方法：AF治疗组，48例胸腰椎骨折采用三维椎弓根螺钉固定系统（AF）进行治疗；GSS治疗组，56例胸腰椎骨折采用通用型脊柱内固定系统（GSS）进行治疗。比较两组的手术时间、出血量；根据手术前后的X线片、CT检查和ASIA标准，比较两种术式椎体前、后缘高度及Cobb角矫正情况和临床疗效。结果：两组近期临床疗效相近，在椎体的前后缘高度、Cobb角矫正方面等方面比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但GSS内固定组手术时间和术中出血量均明显少于AF组，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论：两种方法总体疗效相近，但GSS内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折操作简单，具有省时、出血量少、固定牢靠和复位良好的优点，是目前治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折较好的方法之一。
