| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨氯吡格雷在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术后的长期抗血小板应用效果。方法：选取我院2009年6月～2010年6月成功行PCI术的患者76例，随机分为对照组（38例）和试验组（38例）。对照组给予阿司匹林、皮下注射低分子肝素钙等常规措施，试验组在对照组基础上加用氯吡格雷75mg，1次/d，对比观察两组患者30d内不同时间段血小板的聚集率。结果：服药后30d内，试验组不同时间段血小板聚集率明显低于对照组。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：PCI术后的长期抗血小板应用中，氯吡格雷具有降低血小板聚集率和增强血小板活化程度的效果．值得临床推广应用。
