| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨电针结合饮食干预治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的疗效。方法：将60例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组在饮食干预的基础上，采用针刺配合低频率电脉冲的治疗方法；对照组餐前30min服用促胃动力药多潘立酮片，每次10mg，每日3次，同时配合饮食干预。结果：治疗组总有效率为96．7％，对照组总有效率为86．7％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有高度统计学意义（χ^2=2．9，P〈0．01）。结论：电针结合饮食干预治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的疗效优于西药治疗。
