| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨跟骨内固定治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折的疗效。方法：选取我院2005年12月～2008年12月行切开复位可塑形钛质钢板固定加植骨术治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折患者41例52足．所有跟骨骨折患者均采用L型大切口跟骨钢板固定，保护腓肠神经，钢板外侧固定，术后评价骨折复位效果。结果：采用Marglang足部评分标准，优24足，良16足，中7足，差5足，优良率为76．9％。切口一期愈合47足，切口延迟愈合3足，钢板外露伴浅感染2足。结论：跟骨内固定法治疗粉碎性跟骨骨折疗效较好。
