摘    要:目的通过对冷藏融化法和水浴融化法制备冷沉淀的质量分析,选择合适的制备冷沉淀的方法。方法随机抽取2006年前后采用冷藏融化法和水浴融化法制备的冷沉淀各60份;利用血凝仪检测冷沉淀中FⅧ和Fg的含量,并计算FⅧ和Fg的合格率。结果冷藏融化法和水浴融化法的FⅧ含量(IU/袋)分别为:70.30±23.68,161.62±39.45;FⅧ合格率分别为:43.33%(26/60),93.33%(56/60),两者比较均有统计学差异(P<0.001)。Fg的含量(mg/袋)分别为:222.72±63.75,228.12±66.83;Fg合格率分别为:88.33%(53/60),91.67%(55/60),两者比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论水浴融化法制备冷沉淀简便、快速,Ⅷ合格率高,明显优于冷藏融化法,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the quality of cryoprecipitates prepared from fresh frozen plasma via deepfreeze method and siphonage method thawing at 4℃ water bath,and to select a proper preparation method for cryoprecipitates.Methods Sixty samples of cryoprecipitate prepared by deepfreeze method,and 60 samples of cryoprecipitate prepared by siphonage method were selected randomly.Factor FⅧ,fibrinogen(Fg) in cryoprecipitates were measured by coagulometer,and the qualification rates were calculated.Results The concentration of FⅧ(IU/pack) in the cryoprecipitates prepared via deepfreeze method and siphonage method were(70.30±23.68),and(161.62±39.45),respectively;the qualification rate of FⅧ prepared via the two methods were 43.33%(26/60),and 93.33%(56/60),respectively(P<0.001).The concentration of Fg(mg/pack) in the cryoprecipitates prepared via the deepfreeze and siphonage methods were(222.72±63.75)and(228.12±66.83),respectively,with qualification rates of 88.33%(53/60),and 91.67%(55/60),respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion Siphonage method,with a higher qualification rate of FⅧ,is simple and fast,which deserves a popular application.
