| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对于耳前瘘管治疗后反复感染的影响。方法将106例耳前瘘管患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例。对照组给予传统的抗炎、排脓治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上,进行护理干预。治疗后比较2组脓肿愈合时间及手术率。结果观察组脓肿愈合时间短于对照组,手术率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可有利于耳前瘘管患者脓肿穿刺后的愈合,可提高患者对手术治疗的依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention for recurrent infection after the treatment of preaurieular fistula. Methods 106 eases patients with preauficular fistula were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 53 cases. Control group was treated with the traditional anti-inflammatory and drainage. Based on the control geoup, observation group carried out nursing intervention. After treatment, abscess healing time and surgical rates were compared between the two groups. Results The abscess healing time of observation group was shorter than that of control group, the surgery rate was higher than that of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention is beneficial for abscess healing of preaurieular fistula patients, and improve the compliance of patient for surgical treatment. |
